Job Description
Virtual Assistant for Handyman and Cleaning Services:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and provide administrative support for our handyman and cleaning services company. As a VA, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication between our team, clients, and service providers. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests between clients and service providers.
Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and our team.
Service Provider Coordination:
Source, screen, and onboard new service providers for various handyman and cleaning services.
Maintain a database of qualified service providers, including their availability and areas of expertise.
Assign service requests to appropriate providers based on client needs and provider availability.
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain schedules, ensuring all appointments and tasks are accurately recorded.
Coordinate billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Maintain accurate records and files, including client information, contracts, and service agreements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Follow up with clients to gather feedback on service quality and address any concerns or issues.
Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure service providers meet our company's standards.
Research and Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide suggestions for process improvements.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and areas for business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using productivity tools such as email clients, project management software, and spreadsheets.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and files.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
Knowledge of handyman and cleaning services industry is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software is preferred.
