Cleaning Specialist Jobs

Handy Fairies is a fully bonded and insured cleaning company looking for a skilled and passionate house cleaning specialist to join our team for the long term! At Handy Fairies, we prioritize high quality cleaning and customer service. As a result, you will be required to complete a cleaning checklist during your cleaning and walk the client through this checklist upon completion of the job (if needed).

We also provide referral, 5-star review, and sales incentives for our employees to are able to bring attention to Handy Fairies’ business. These incentives can come in the form of cash, gift cards, or gifts.

Job Benefits: Starting wage of $21.00/hour and up to $30.00/hour after bonus (incentives based on sales, reviews and referrals) with the potential for raises with demonstration of leadership qualities and strong work ethic.

· Training salary: $18-19 per hour

· Post-training salary: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills to deal with issues that may arise on the job.
• Ability to deliver consistently high-quality cleaning services with a great attitude.
• Time management skills to ensure you arrive on time for customers.
• Person skills to meet with and engage our customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Strong product knowledge
• Outgoing personality to generate 4 new customer leads per month and obtain at least one new customer per month through word-of-mouth advertisement..
• The drive to do whatever it takes to make sure the customer’s house is as spotless as can be
• Passionate about cleaning
