Job Title: Personal Assistant/Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Secretary to support our busy door and hardware company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive and flexible approach to work, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the door and hardware industry is a plus
