Description
Le poste permet au représentant des ventes régionales de gérer une région pour améliorer les ventes et les normes d’exécution en magasin. Il lui revient de travailler de concert avec nos clients (Best Buy, La Boutique mobile, Glentel, Apple, Visions, et OSL) pour cerner les forces et les occasions d’amélioration des magasins et de fournir une solution globale pour en améliorer la rentabilité.
Voici Les Priorités Du Poste
  • Maintenir des normes d’exécution élevées en magasin.
  • Travailler avec les gestionnaires de magasin et sous l’autorité du gestionnaire régional, ventes à améliorer la performance du sans-fil.
  • Former et sensibiliser tous les employés du magasin sur les produits et les solutions de vente de Bell et de Virgin Mobile.
  • Soutenir la réalisation des objectifs d’activations postpayées.
  • Cerner les occasions de ventes dans chaque magasin et à l’échelle de sa région.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular store visits as agreed to in the territory coverage plan
  • Act with a sense of urgency to ensure all promotional activity and planograms are maintained and updated by the client
  • Act as a Bell, Virgin Mobile and Lucky Mobile ambassador by professionally representing the organization in accordance with the Bell, Virgin and Lucky value standards
  • Actively participate in training and coaching initiatives
  • Ensure all assets, fixtures and live devices are maintained and utilized as per standards
  • Assume responsibility for product knowledge, service and campaign/promotional offerings, and competitive knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting customized solutions to our clients
  • Provide sales support by following-up in a timely manner to ensure store maximizes activation opportunities
  • Ensure client conflict, objections and concerns are resolved
  • Solidify Bell relationship and take initiative to exceed the client’s expectations
  • Anticipate, analyze and communicate sales trends to store management. Be the eyes and ears in the field within the territory
Critical Qualifications
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • A foundation of selling, coaching, training and skills development
  • Passion for technology such as computers, mobile and digital devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and car
  • Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
  • Strong people leadership skills and retail experience in a fast paced environment
  • Territory sales experience in a telecommunications
  • Experience in solving issues and supporting customer needs
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
