Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Operational Systems, the incumbent will work with the team members in the deployment, support, and improvement of the operational systems. The technician is responsible for collecting and integrating technical data in the operational systems. The incumbent must also conduct maintenance audits for some facilities and support the sites in maintaining their inventory of spare parts. He/she will be the first respondent for systems support.

Responsabilities

• Provide front-line support to users.
• Check inventory discrepancy analyses.
• Conduct inventories and data integration (hardware, rounds, operating ranges, etc.) in the operational systems.
• Monitor the performance of work in the operational systems.
• Conduct audits of inventory at various sites.
• Draft non-compliance reports and suggest corrective actions.
• Perform adjustments and updates of the systems.
• Participate in training operating staff on the operational systems.
• Perform any other related duty requested by the immediate superior.
• Monitor the quality of maintenance.
• Perform minor configuration on the operational systems.

Requirements

• Computer skills (Excel, SQL databases, Access);
• Is authorized to work in Canada;
• Any combination of education and relevant experience will be considered;
• College diploma in industrial maintenance, building mechanics or a relevant field;
• Knowledge of BIM is an asset.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems;
• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience;
• French and English (spoken and written);
