Our proprietary motion capture technology assesses movement quality using smartphone videos and delivers performance reports in a user-friendly online portal and mobile application. Our tablet-based brain performance software non-invasively assesses cognitive-motor function and provides accurate insights into neuromuscular and neurological performance. Users are able to track their progression over time, compare their results to relevant population groups, and structure appropriate training methods. Their dual assessment approach gives everyone a holistic understanding of their mental and physical performance.

Position: Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our fast-growing organization. It is a hands-on technical leadership and development role reporting directly to the company's CTO. This engineering group delivers results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and requires the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. The candidate should have an aspiration to be a hands-on Technical Lead, be able to drive the team of 10-15 developers, be entirely involved in the process of design, development, maintenance and monitoring of our product while being able to do code reviews, conduct estimation sessions and daily stand-up's.

About you

+ Essential skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum experience
• Professional certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of hands-on .NET and Web development, including experience as a team lead
• Strong SQL Server, Postgres, T-SQL and database design (Stored procedures, database normalization, indexing, query optimization) skills
• Mobile development experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, particularly CI/CD and agile (Scrum) is a must and should be demonstrated in your resume.
• Strong C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework knowledge
• Providing L3 support of major public/private cloud technologies and automation tooling in a multi-platform environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• End-to-end full project lifecycle experience as a developer on multiple medium & large-size projects (6+ months) with the full IT delivery team
• Proficient Angular (8-12), JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3

+ Desirable skills:

• Python knowledge
• Experience with high-scale architectures and concepts: microservices, queues, distributed systems and data sources
• Experience implementing Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI Builds and Releases
• Proficient with PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) approaches and tools
