Summary Of Duties
The Serve team combines the expertise of operational and service transformation professionals who connect and empower our people and customers through innovative service experiences. The incumbent will join a dynamic team, which is accountable to deliver solutions for Bell internal users helping Sales and Service Transformation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent of this position is a technical product owner who will have to contribute in several phases of the software life cycle, making sure the projects will be delivered on time and budget. We are mainly looking for a senior developer who wants to take a different path in their career and get involved more in product management.
Main Responsibilities

• Prioritizing product backlog items based on the business value, the time required to complete them, and the order they were created
• Coordinate with the developers and architects to ensure that they understand each project's requirements
• Review the prototypes and other proofs of concepts for feasibility.
• Communication with stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the exact same page about features, functionality, deadlines, and other details
• Translating product technical and non-technical requirements into development user stories
• Getting sing-off from stake holder for requirements and test results
• Manage the front door requests
• At least 5 years of experience in software design and development
• Communication of project status and roadblocks with other members of the team and the project manager
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/software engineering
• Collaboration with designers to create mock-ups for the final product.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Assisting the development team in clarifying technical and non-technical requirements and helping them to understand the business side
• Determine risks and dependencies

Required Technical Skillset

• Experience with tools and applications
• Software Development (SDLC, programming languages architecture, etc.)
• User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
• Designing and Coding

Project Management Skills

• Timeline and delivery management using different KPIs
• Agile development and Scrum methods
• Communication skills in both English and French
• Decision making skills
• Problem solving skills
• Comprehension of the user requirements and creation of user stories and features

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with SAFe methodology
• PMP certificate

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
