Systems Analyst / Qa Jobs

If so, read on. My client, a leading company in the logistics space is seeking a Systems Analyst with some testing experience to join their team.

This role will work on application support and testing. (Permanent role, remote in Canada)

What you'll do:

• Participates in production support activities and support duty rotation, logs production defects and resolves issues

• Provides second and when required third level support via phone and e-mail, Investigates and troubleshoots defects within SLA.

• Work on project documentation including system flows, technical specifications, assembly of non-functional requirements.

• Participate in sessions with business stakeholders and system owners to elicit application systems goals that are realized in the application system solution to meet the business requirements.

• Accountable for gathering specifications, including documentation and providing quality assurance on the requirements

• Performs testing, creating of test cases based on business and technical requirements, providing testing estimates. Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications.

What you'll need:

•Minimum 3 years of prior Systems Analyst, QA and Support experience

•Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.

• Track record in systems implementation, Support and deployments

• Experience with SAP is an asset and retail is an asset
