**Note: This is a hybrid role, twice per week going onsite is required. The office is located in Ville Saint-Laurent

As a QA Engineer, these will be your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and debugging on application under .
• Perform a technical analysis of the project and implement the appropriate ing solutions.
• Estimate, provide, and justify the work effort for all tasks to be executed
• Document and execute cases to verify the system functionalities and performances
• Provide analysis and feedback to management and appropriate departments regarding recurring problems, recommending improvements aimed at reducing future occurrences of problems
• Assemble the environment and execute white-box and black-box ing
• Lead and participate in developing plans by defining an approach, writing, reviewing, presenting, and implementing the plan

Job requirements and qualifications:

• Knowledge of & Zephyr
• Computer Science or Software Engineering is a MUST
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Networking is an asset
• Manual Software ing
• Experience in telephony is an asset
• Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience and hands-on background in the following technologies:
• Knowledge of a variety of PC and Server software and technologies (e.g., Unix shell scripting, web interfaces, Unix, Windows Microsoft Office Suite, open source tools, operating systems, databases, etc.) preferred
• Experience in ing API’s and web service technologies
