About the role:

Disguise is looking for a QA Engineer. This role is primarily focused on testing our newest cutting-edge features for the end users.

You will work closely with the software engineers to ensure that any updates are useful, usable, and of the best quality for our customers.

What you will do:

• Setup and test our newest features in real-world scenarios
• Create tickets and give feedback to the team about how we can build our software and hardware products to be more reliable, intuitive and powerful
• Advocate for the end-user experience and give clear and concise feedback
• Build test setups to help us diagnose and reproduce issues that are encountered by our customers

Experience we are looking for:

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and communicating these issues
• Experience using disguise products OR any other media servers OR QA experience within commercial software environments

Description du rôle:

Disguise est à la recherche d'un Ingénieur AQ. Ce rôle est principalement axé sur le test de nos dernières fonctionnalités de pointe pour les utilisateurs.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs logiciels pour vous assurer que toutes les mises à jour sont utiles, utilisables et de la meilleure qualité pour nos clients.

Ce que vous allez faire:

• Créer des tickets et donner des commentaires à l'équipe sur la façon dont nous pouvons développer nos produits logiciels pour qu'ils soient plus fiables, intuitifs et puissants
• Configurez et testez nos dernières fonctionnalités dans des scénarios réels
• Construire des configurations de test pour nous aider à diagnostiquer et reproduire les problèmes rencontrés par nos clients
• Représenter l'expérience de l'utilisateur final et donner des commentaires clairs et concis

Expérience que nous recherchons :

• Expérience de résolution de problèmes techniques et la communication de ces problèmes
• Expérience SOIT en utilisant des produits de disguise OU une expérience d'assurance qualité dans des environnements logiciels commerciaux
