You will be responsible for managing the recruitment delivery and ensuring the successful execution of 3-5 Construction Search mandates from our clients. You will work closely with our sales and talent teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded, while also strategically building your own Success Recruitment team.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including fill rates and time-to-hire
- Utilize these relationships to identify business opportunities for other departments and proactively cross-sell
- Be regarded as a "trusted advisor" in their market
- Manage the expectations of both clients and candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Maintain and cultivate strategic relationships with key construction company accounts Build and expand a network of construction professionals through LinkedIn.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages for candidates
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with your dedicated talent partner to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates are booked in your calendar and debrief.
- Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and experience for construction roles
- Negotiation skills (managing the offer process)
- Knowledge of recruitment industry trends and best practice
- Ability to think strategically and develop and execute recruitment strategies
- You must love learning and mastering your craft
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Determination, drive, ambition, energy and high levels of resilience
- Curious mindset to know how to ask the right questions
- Ability to work on deadlines and follow a process
- Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment with urgency
- Ability to control through influence and questioning
- 4+ years of experience in some form of sales environment - call center, banking, telesales, estate agency, brokering etc.
- Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment projects on time and within budget
