As a 100% Commission Admissions Recruiter at MCG Career College, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our institution by identifying and recruiting qualified individuals who are eager to pursue their educational goals. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and helping them make informed decisions about their career paths. Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Conduct comprehensive interviews with prospective students to understand their career aspirations, educational background, and training needs.
Provide accurate information about MCG Career College's programs, admission requirements, and the benefits of pursuing education with our institution.
Guide and support prospective students throughout the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Collaborate with other members of the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and promote a positive student experience.
Maintain an organized database of prospective students and track interactions using our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the unique value of MCG Career College.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and build rapport.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to guide students through the decision-making process.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related software is a plus.
