Sr. Corporate Event Planner

JSG is hiring Sr. Corporate Event Planner for one of our reputed client. The Senior Event Planner will work closely with the Manager of VIP Events, from planning through to execution of corporate events. As a senior member of client’s dynamic marketing and event team, the primary function will be managing projects such as global meetings, tradeshows and client’s largest customer and partner event.

Primary Duties:

• Work with procurement to source, contract and managing vendors including destination management companies, venues, speakers, graphic designers, promotional items and audio-visual production companies.
• Delivery of event research and proposals, with strong PowerPoint skills.
• Work with internal resources in the execution of project components
• Project management of program and registration web sites – prior work with CVENT is an asset
• Project management of company’s events including all components of meeting planning from concept to completion. (annual conferences, incentive trips, and corporate meetings)
• Provide onsite support during the execution of meetings and events.
• Logistic management including creative, transportation, communications, food and beverage, signage.
• Correspond with external resources, customers, and internal employees
