Job Description

Software Developer/IT Specialist (12 Month Contract)

Hybrid - Markham, ON


Our client in the social sector is hiring an Software Developer/IT Specialist to support the team and to maintain/create solutions to better everyone's day-to-day.

  • Must have experience with Linux
  • Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must have experience with Azure
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as Software Developer, IT Specialist, or in a similar role
  • Must have experience with and knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS)
  • Must have experience with and knowledge of PHP, Python, React, Node.js, and SQL
  • Must have ability to problem solve and work as a team
  • Must have experience managing websites with a large audience
  • Must have proficiency in social media
  • Experience with Linux is a strong asset
  • Must have experience with performing IT analysis and strategic reports to identify and solve deficiencies
