Job Title: Resources Service Coordinator

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM

Overview:

The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner. The role is well-suited to people who have a passion for providing excellent customer service, who possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and who enjoy working as part of a team.

The Resources Service Coordinator will report to the Customer Service Manager and the core responsibilities will include setting up appointments with the customers and follow up as needed.

The candidate should have:

• Strong phone etiquette
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and proper grammar
• 2 years exp in related field and a relevant degree/diploma
• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Experience with incident management tools preferred
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Bilingual an asset but not required
• Service desk experience preferred
