We’re looking for our next Event Servers!

experienced Banquet Event Servers to bring our Distillery Events to life!

We are looking for Servers who have worked in Events/Banquets for at least one year to join our team of motivated Event professionals and create experiences that lead to happy, lasting memories for our guests.

Please note: You must already have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered for this role.

What you’ll bring to the event:

• Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
• Other duties as assigned
• Lead team by example to exhibit, encourage and motivate DRC’s Values & Beliefs
• Anticipate guests’ service needs by actively listening and responding positively to guests’ questions, concerns and requests in an effort to resolve issues, delight and build trust
• Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations
• Communicate to all Managers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience

Our ideal candidates are:

• PEOPLE PEOPLE! You’re someone who possesses an affinity for superior guest service and takes the initiative to go beyond expectations
• EDUCATED. You have a degree/diploma in Events/Hospitality and/or the equivalent in education and experience is an asset.
• EXPERIENCED. Minimum on (1) year of serving experience working in Banquet/Event environment.
• TEAM PLAYERS. You like helping others and have a passion for the work you do.
• CERTIFIED. You MUST be Ontario Smart Serve certified.
