Attentively keep watch over pedestrians who may attempt theft at our event site (compound with trailers, machinery and other assets, collateral).

Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.

Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.

Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.

Provide sufficient distraction free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly.

Investigate and resolve (if possible) all reported unsafe conditions / acts and communicate results back to the affected stakeholders.

A minimum of three (3) years experience in building business partnerships with clients and partners;

A minimum of three (3) years experience in events planning and scheduling environments.

Experience working in an operational environment with various high-level events and activities requiring innovative and effective logistics solutions;

Experience in coordinating or supervising broadcasting or events operations and ensuring quality control assurance.

A minimum of three (3) years managing human resources, including planning, and analysing impact and capacity;

A minimum of three (3) years providing day-to-day guidance to employees, setting objectives, and managing workloads;

Completion of High School and 1-2 years related experience (or an equivalent combination);

Good organizational skill is essential. Must be able to adapt quickly to new situations;

Must be people-oriented with strong customer service skills.

Responsible for obtaining assigned radio, should one be required, and returning it at the end of shift;

Cleans all designated buildings, exhibits and washrooms as directed;

Sets up and tears down for catered and special events as directed;

Work directly with the local Show Experience Manager and regional operations team on monthly shift scheduling

Experienced in producing live music events or other events

A musician or experienced in working closely with musicians in a live setting

You have super strong interpersonal and customer service skills, especially in fast-paced situations

You have previous experience with Sofar and a strong interest in music

Act as a main point of contact at the event

Communicate to all Managers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience

EDUCATED. You have a degree/diploma in Events/Hospitality and/or the equivalent in education and experience is an asset.

Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations

EXPERIENCED. Minimum on (1) year of serving experience working in Banquet/Event environment.
