Distillery Supervisor Jobs

Manage the distillery’s workforce to meet production goals and customer experience needs

Manage distillery equipment byensuring that distillery equipment is used effectively and maintained correctly.

Brewing and distilling education, for example a diploma/B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Distilling or a certificate from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.

Experience with whisky and gin production is an asset

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence

Ensure that the distillery’s products maintain strict quality standards

Wonderful customer service skills to create an amazing tour experience

Experience in retail and cash handling

Have strong problem solving skills

EDUCATION. A degree/diploma in food and beverage, hospitality management is considered an asset.

Commit to mastering a complete working knowledge of the drinks menu and ingredients

TRAINING. You must have a valid Smart Serve certification. Any related training certifications are highly valued.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Bartenders must be able to carefully listen to orders, explain food and beverage items and make recommendations.

EDUCATED. You have a degree/diploma in Events/Hospitality and/or the equivalent in education and experience is an asset.

Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations

EXPERIENCED. Minimum on (1) year of serving experience working in Banquet/Event environment.
