The Role:
As the Community & Events Specialist in the mobileLIVE’s marketing team, you will make key contributions to shaping and enhancing our brand experience. You will partner with Enterprise Sales, HR and Talent Acquisition teams to plan and execute programs to increase employee engagement, enhance customer relationships, and drive CSR initiatives.
This is a high visibility role that requires an energetic brand builder who is creative and resourceful in managing in-person and online events, passionate about building a CSR community and driving activities, leverages multiple channels to increase reach and engagement, and Isfun to work with and driven to build memorable experiences.
You will
Manage the following:
Employee & Customer Events
- Collaborate with HR and Sales to plan and manage employee events, team-buildingactivities, customer VIP experiences, and celebration programs.
- Measure success and provide post-analysis and recommendations for future improvement.
- Manage logistics, vendors, payments, coordination, communications, branding, onsite management, and inventory.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Build a CSR community and prepare reports on the impact and value of initiatives.
- Manage relations and coordinate volunteer activities, donation drives, and sponsorships.
- Develop and implement a CSR program that aligns with the company's values.
Communication and Promotions
- Create and promote activities and encourage participation.
- Promote initiatives through internal and external communication channels.
- Create compelling multi-format content for the website and social media channels.
Embracing New Technologies:
- Adopt emerging technologies and trends in the digital space to stay creative and relevant to gain efficiencies.
Who you are
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours for events.
- Resourceful, creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative, energetic and fun to work with
- Proven experience in event planning, CSR, or culture marketing.
- Knowledge of CSR practices and trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
