Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Community Marketing Specialist to develop and execute community engagement strategies and manage public relations initiatives.


As a key member of the Marketing team, this role will collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and the Community Marketing Manager to enhance Axonify's brand reputation, build strong relationships with our community, and create impactful PR campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the perception of our brand and driving engagement within our community.


The things you’ll do:


Community Engagement


  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a strong and vibrant Axonify user community
  • Identify and leverage user-generated content to amplify positive experiences and stories within the community.Other duties as required
  • Actively monitor and engage with community members on social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts daily, while providing regular insights into metrics and growth
  • Provide exceptional customer support to community members, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Research audience trends, topics, and industry insights to support content development
  • Plan and organize community events, including webinars, user groups, and conferences, to encourage networking and knowledge sharing among users


Public Relations


  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Working with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness
  • Analyzing the outcome of public relations campaigns and reporting the findings to management
  • Develop and execute PR campaigns that align with Axonify's brand positioning and marketing objectives
  • Maintaining an up-to-date press list of journalists, influencers, and other members of the media


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Partner with the social media team to amplify PR efforts through social media channels
  • Work closely with the content marketing team to develop engaging content that resonates with the community and supports PR initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and the Community Marketing Manager to align Community and PR strategies with overall marketing objectives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including customer success, product, and executive teams, to gather insights and align messaging


The things you bring:


Professional Experience. Strong understanding of social media platforms, community dynamics, and online engagement strategies. Experience in community management, public relations, or social media a bonus.


Knowledge. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Commitment to quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt to different audiences.


Performance. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Critical thinking. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
