Overview A Community Management Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with members of a community, typically online. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging environment for the community, as well as providing support and guidance to members. Detailed Job Description A Community Management Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with members of a community, typically online. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging environment for the community, as well as providing support and guidance to members. They must be able to identify and address any issues that arise within the community, as well as develop strategies to increase engagement and participation.
