Experience working with diverse patient groups, e.g., multicultural, homeless, palliative, acquired brain injury (ABI), mental health, geriatrics, pediatrics

Experience working with children living with disabilities an asset

Adapting baseball drills and skills for a wide range of variations

Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Social Work, Kinesiology, Equity Studies, or related field i.e. human services, health or education

Strong written and oral communication skills

Good demonstration of problem-solving skills and ability to work in a group

Strong technology skills with competency in PowerPoint, Excel and different online communication platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

What are your skills and experience?

Manage and resolve customer inquiries while using the appropriate procedures and solutions

Minimum 1 year of social media experience

Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with social listening and monitoring tools is a definite asset

Strong organizational skills and experience in project management; ability to organize and prioritize work and balance multiple activities concurrently.

Relevant professional development in areas of IM/IT, process improvement, change management, project management, group facilitation.

Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
