Program Manager – Senior (Central Agencies Cluster, Oshawa ON) – 2023-04-18 to 2024-03-29 ($118/hr)

Must haves
- Experience in working and leading electronic payments solutions.

- Banking sector experience is beneficial
Responsibilities:
Lookingforaninnovativeleaderwithstrongcriticalthinkingandcommunicationskills.Thisindividualwillworkcollaborativelywithclients,vendorsanddeliverypartnersbuildingtrustanddemonstratingaccountability.Youwillachieveresultsbyleveragingyourabilitytoestablishformalandinformalnetworkswithinandacrosstheorganization,enablingyoutoremovebarriersandmitigaterisks.Inthisroleyoumustbeabletopartnerwithandworkeffectivelyacrossmultipleprojectworkstreamstoleverageadiverseteamandmanagechangingpriorities.
Provideprogrammanagementleadershipandexpertiseoflargescale,highlycomplex,highprofileandhigh-riskinitiativethatismultijurisdictional
andenterprise-wide.EnsureaccountabilityfortheRIDEprojectandthesuccessfulfulllifecycledeliveryincludingtransitionfromprojecttooperationalmodelandoverseeingtherelatedchangemanagementactivities.EnsurePortalStreamscopeofdeliverablesarecosteffectiveandefficientandincompliancewithorganization’smethodologies,standardsandframeworks.ProvidedeliveryleadershipformodernstreamlinedePaymentchannelsinalignmentwithOPStechnologyroadmapforenterpriseservices,includingusercentricdesignandautomatedreconciliation.
GeneralSkills:
1.Leadandmanageacross-functionalteaminthedeliveryofamodern,integratedpaymentprocessing,imaging,anddatacapturesolution.
2.Collaborateacrossprojectworkstreamstoensureopenandtransparentcommunications,alignmentofvisionandprojectgoals,andcoordinatedprogressofshareddeliverables.
3.Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithclients,vendors,anddeliverypartnerstomitigaterisksandremovebarriers,insupportofsuccessfulimplementation.
4.Coordinateandprovideinputtothedevelopment,tracking,andreportingofprojectfinancialforecastsinalignmentwithapprovedprojectbudget.
5.Provideoversightanddirectiononcreationandpresentationofexecutivelevelmaterialsincludingforexampleoptionsanalysis,statusreports,briefinganddecisionnotes.
6.Identifystaffingneedsandopportunities,workwithSeniorManagertoinformresourceplanningandcommunicatingdeliverables.
7.Promoteavalues-basedandinclusiveteamthroughemployeeengagement,communicatingdeliverables,setting,andevaluatingperformancestandards,andpromptlyaddressingperformanceandemployeerelationsmatters.
8.ChampionarespectfulworkenvironmentacrossadiverseteamthatincludesClusterstaff,clients,vendors,anddeliverypartners.
9.KnowledgeTransferPlan
KnowledgeTransferactivitieswillcommence5monthspriortotheendofcontract.
Documentationactivitiesareexpectedtobeanongoingeffortduringthecontract,withthefinal
officialDocumentationKTactivitiesbeingspecifictogettingdocumentationfinalized,cleaned
up,andformalizedforusebyotherparties.
