Job Description

Cinnamon Toast (CT) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Campaign Manager to join our team. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the success of our marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, digital, content, and client services teams, to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that align with strategic objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize results.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets, content, and messaging that align with the campaign objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.



Requirements:


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and software for campaign management and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in writing persuasive and engaging marketing copy for various channels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar marketing role.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
