As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will support and ensure the performance of M365 and Cloud (Azure) environment at Westland. You'll lead and support daily operations as well as long-term planning and proactively manage and provide inputs towards M365, Cloud and datacenter strategy.

Why We'll Love You

• You're highly organized and an expert with managing time, multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with minimum 3 year's experience in Azure administration, SharePoint Online, and developing solutions using PowerApps and PowerAutomate
• You have knowledge of Microsoft.NET technology stack and strong ability to triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues with SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams and Forms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences.
• Solid communications skills with a natural ability to build strong working relationships
• You're a problem-solver with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills

Once Here, You'll

• Supporting the deployment of new technologies
• Plan and implement systems automation for better efficiency
• Manage the overall IT infrastructure (M365, Azure, network, voice services) operational effectiveness and optimization, ensuring the highest levels ofsystemsand infrastructure availability
• Manage, monitor and evaluate all installedsystemsand infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operatingsystems, application software andsystemmanagement tools
• Lead and take charge of advancing Westland's security standards, procedures and guidelines for digital products, multiple platforms, applications and systems, including evaluating current information security procedures and identifying new areas of risk.
• Manage and Administer M365 and Azure environment as per Westland Governance framework
• Build, maintain virtualized and scalable infrastructure through reusable code and tooling
• Administer and configure managed platforms and services, such as Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Zoom
