Role Description And Expectations

Reports to: VP, Information Design

Hi there! We are currently seeking a Senior Designer to join our growing Growth, Design team.

In this role, your primary focus will involve creating visually captivating presentations and comprehensive documents for business pitches. As an experienced Senior Designer, your expertise lies in the realm of information design, where you excel at unraveling complex concepts and transforming them into easily comprehensible visuals. Your knack for designing presentations that defy convention is unparalleled. You make presentations that don’t look like presentations. With your unique perspective, you view slides as an artboard, and you eagerly embrace the challenge of conveying complex information in a visually appealing and understandable manner for the audience.

You will:

• Leave a lasting creative impact on every presentation or pitch document you encounter, making a profound impression on all stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with people from various crafts within the agency, and help these incredibly smart people visually articulate their ideas in presentation format.
• Establish direct connections with senior leadership and fellow creatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Be a part of a game-changing team that re-defines the industry standard for pitch presentations and long documents.
• Experience a continuous demand for your creative expertise due to your exceptional design eye and unique skill set, which sets you apart from other creatives at Klick, and which we are committed to nurturing and expanding.
• Take the lead as a creative force when assigned your own pitch, unleashing your full creative potential.

This is the right role for you if you have:

• Previous experience in designing presentations for consultancies or the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous - but not mandatory!
• Exhibit remarkable multitasking abilities and thrive under tight deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrate your exceptional talent in layout design, including expertise in editorial design, strong typographic skills, and creating compelling infographics, all showcased through PowerPoint slides.
• Proficiency in working with PowerPoint, Keynote, and InDesign is preferred, but if you lack experience, don't worry! We are dedicated to supporting your growth and helping you develop the necessary skills.
