In this role as a Senior Analyst Program design, you will be responsible to support the design and operational execution of the Commercial/Industrial Demand Side Management (DSM) program offerings to meet program targets. You will also develop accurate reporting and analysis of results, addressing inquiries, coordination of marketing, events with sales, billing intelligence, management of teams SharePoint sites, invoicing, and implementation of process improvements.

Internally this role is referred to as Senior Analyst C/I Program Design.
What You Will Do

• Key liaison for internal partners (Accounts Payable, Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Evaluation, Tracking & Reporting) as well as external partners (industry associations, consultants, other utilities) as required, to address day to day inquiries and requirements for the program offerings to ensure smooth program operation.
• Responsible to work with the Research and Innovation Fund (RIF) group, Market Research, Business Intelligence and DSM Tracking & Reporting to support the teams’ efforts in research and analysis to inform annual business planning processes.
• With direction and strategic support from Supervisors and Senior members of the team, assist in offer design and execution in market which includes annual planning, tracking and reporting offer results and budgets, development of data analytics dashboards as well as support in accurate reporting of results against annual goals and targets.
• Assist team with procurement and set up of vendors in systems for delivery of offers in market, contracts, contracts renewal, and sponsorship agreements.
• Simple project management of overarching program design team initiatives or special projects, including the identification and implementation of efficiencies and process improvements.

Who You Are
You will have following education and experience:

• Strong knowledge and experience manipulating data and working with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Teams, and Sharepoint are preferred.
• Goal-oriented – capable of setting and working against clear project plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to conduct data analysis and generate both insights and recommendations from data.
• University degree (Business, Marketing or related) with 2-4 years of relevant business experience preferably in energy conservation, marketing, program design or implementation.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work independently.
