Responsibilities

• Help manage product releases to increase user adoption.
• Establish and elevate the product’s brand presence via digital channels and in-person events.
• Facilitate workshops, events, and playbacks related to improving the use of the product.
• Aid in scaling the product via collaborations with other program teams.
• Inform the product backlog by generating insights and needs from the community.
• Align engagement opportunities with the rollout of new product features in ways that excite and inspire the community.
• Identify new opportunities for education, leadership, and mentoring.
• Gather data from users and generate insights on how to best communicate value through various channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with design systems
• Project management skills to plan, analyse resources in order to meet delivery requirements
• Experience working in an Agile delivery framework in a Scrum or Lean UX model
• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5+ years of experience in program management working with technical talent

Nice to Haves:

• Industry experience with Financial Institutions
• MA/MS degree or certification in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field
• A history of creating design system and engaging designers and developers in using them
