The GTM, Field Readiness Team, is looking for a Training Project Manager who has expert knowledge of Trello and how to set up and manage automations, power-ups and general project interconnectivity between boards and cards. Additionally, this Training Program Manager will organize scrum meetings to align teams on processes & systems and help drive project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Frequently lead stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is developing their program management skills & experience required to execute on projects & programs
• Set up, manage, and optimize Trello boards across all GTM Readiness functions to track team progress, identify blockers, and ensure transparency at all levels.
• Track and report on key program management metrics across enablement projects & priorities, including priority, capacity, effort, program execution and timelines.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement, leading the team in identifying and implementing new strategies to drive innovation and collaboration.
• Identify, prioritize, and address obstacles that impede the team's progress, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution where necessary.
• Act as a bridge between project stakeholders and enablement leaders, ensuring programs & projects are on-track

Requirements:

• Ability to track and project management metrics, using them to drive improvements in team performance and quality.
• Experience working in sales, partner, customer, or employee initiatives, or in the capacity as a training coordinator, training project manager or similar.
• Proactive, self- directed and results-focused
• Demonstrable experience in using Trello for Agile project management, with a good understanding of its features, plugins, and best practices.
• Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org (CSM or PSM).
• Ability to mediate disputes and facilitate conflict resolution in a constructive and respectful manner.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies, with proven experience in applying them in real-world settings
• Ability to work in and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced technology company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate dialogue between stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
