Instructional Design Consultant Jobs

Experience selling in a retail environment, including commission-based sales with the ability to continuously meet selling objectives

Demonstrable experience in using Trello for Agile project management, with a good understanding of its features, plugins, and best practices.

Track and report on key program management metrics across enablement projects & priorities, including priority, capacity, effort, program execution and timelines.

Ability to track and project management metrics, using them to drive improvements in team performance and quality.

Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies, with proven experience in applying them in real-world settings

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate dialogue between stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of Human/User Centred Design (Design Thinking) principles and approaches

Experience in working with clients to take projects from problem identification to potential solution/s

Experience working with User Interface designers/developers is a plus

Facilitate ideation, prioritization and solution/s definition

Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to support the design process
