Job Description

Myticas Consulting's direct client is looking for a consultant who will be used for Change decision work; making users the center of process-Improver productivity, etc.


The consultant will facilitate the change by pulling info from stakeholders; changing how the organization does things and how they interact with end customers.


Looking for someone who can extract that info.


Not a technical role.


Qualifications would include:

  • Experience in working with clients to take projects from problem identification to potential solution/s
  • IDEO cert asset
  • Facilitate ideation, prioritization and solution/s definition
  • Knowledge of Human/User Centred Design (Design Thinking) principles and approaches
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to support the design process
  • Experience working with User Interface designers/developers is a plus
