Location: candidates need to be in the lower mainland Burnaby, BC Remote

• Expert working knowledge of cloud and mobility security architecture and design

• Advanced skills in architecture and service delivery frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL

• Excellent communication skills for professional environment, written and spoken

At least six years of experience in designing and deploying IT systems related to Physical Security

Experience in developing business architectures, strategies and IT roadmaps

Extensive knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, standards, best practices, and industry trends.

Knowledge of information security issues as it relates to web-based applications

Working knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools including VPN technologies

Knowledge of security architecture concepts for enterprise solutions including technical design, concepts and methodology

Working knowledge of threat risk analysis as it relates to information security risk assessments

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft and other software-based technologies and strategies

You're experienced with data migration, organization and delivery, records management and data retention

5+ years of relevant Information Architect experience

Preferably you have experience working for a public sector organization

You'll join an agile team working on digital projects for a government client

You'll collaborate with client stakeholders and end users to understand their data needs

You'll participate in field work, user research and other activities to identify problems and develop strategies
