Senior Business Analyst Jobs

Sr Business Analyst to lead the analysis of existing Sharepoint 2013 sites and provide recommendations for our public sector client - 1624050-23

Start: October 2023

Contract: 12 months (12 month extension)

Location: Downtown Toronto (hybrid)

Hours: 7 per day

Responsibilities:

• Analyse the business workflows in the context of the Reference Architecture and ensure agreement from the business users on the use cases;
• Provide a set of recommendations for each workflow including, but not limited to: migration, rewrite, or decommission.
• Review all existing Sharepoint 2013 sites and document the business workflows and use cases;
• Act as a hands-on resource to help build new sites as requested by the business
• Any recommended solution shall adhere to best practices and standards and align to the Reference Architecture; and
• Act as the prime business and technical analyst resource reviewing the current Sharepoint 2013 build.

Must haves:

• College diploma or University degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, or management information systems
• Experience withSharePoint
• Business analysis Certification
• 5+ years as aBusiness/Technical Analystwith business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
• 5+ yearsworking on complexBusiness processes/workflowprojects

Nice to haves:

• Service Design
• Change Management Certification
• Experience working with Public Safety organizations.
