In your role, you will:

• Develop and support the implementation of S4Hana for Supply Logistics Teams of Bombardier Aerospace
• Communicate on a regular basis with key stakeholders, especially with executives, on the progress of the projects under your responsibility;
• Develop a network of internal & external contacts to support information-gathering & analysis;
• Lead and facilitate strategy development to prevent and response to strategic risks;
• Support the strategic planning process of Bombardier’s Supply Chain organization;
• Provide necessary SAP in-class training to Material Logistics agents
• Ensure Bombardier’s Sr leaders have adequate visibility and alignment to strategic approach;
• Develop supply logistics process and training documentation
• Propose, analyze and synthetize key performance indicators;

As our ideal candidate,

• You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset);
• You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information and provide training as required to Material Logistics Agents;
• You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff);
• You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor & attention to details;
• You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment;
• You are able to meet tight deadlines;
• You hold an undergraduate degree and have 8-10 years of working SAP experience in a logistics field
• You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities and you demonstrate flexibility;
• You have a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of professional experience in a strategic environment in the Manufacturing industry;
• S4 Hana Certification, MacPac and BAAN knowledge is an asset
• You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
