Senior Contact Strategy Analyst Jobs

Solid understanding of loyalty program design principles and customer lifecycle management.

Proven experience (5+ years) in loyalty program strategy, data analysis, customer segmentation, predictive modeling. Experience within consulting is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful loyalty program strategies.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.

Solid understanding of loyalty program design principles and customer lifecycle management.

Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing strategy, marketing segmentation, marketing, loyalty, strategy, and/or consulting.

In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, both digital and traditional.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Targeted Segmentation: Analyze consumer behavior and demographics to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to different segments for maximum impact.

Excellent time management, project planning, and organizational skills

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and preferable experience with tableau

Extract, manipulate and manage large internal and third-party datasets to generate informative insights, KPIs, visualizations and presentations

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed

BA/BS in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics or related field. Masters/MBA preferred

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Strategy Consulting experience preferred

Management consulting experience would be considered an asset

Financial Analysis, Business Casing and Project Management experience or certification

3 - 5 years of relevant experience, including one to three years in strategy development, corporate development and/or strategic partnerships

Experience in a strategy-consulting firm with a specific focus in the financial services sector would be an asset

Gather, analyze and provide lines of business strategic intelligence and insights on “Where to Play”, “how to win”.

Drive and support Enterprise Strategy related research, as appropriate (i.e., market benchmarks)

Support corporate development & strategic partnership opportunities/pipeline

Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle contending responsibilities and deadlines, while adjusting to evolving priorities

5-10 years of experience, oil and gas experience preferred

Excellent business writing and strong oral communication skills

Help coordinate and author high-quality materials (memos and presentations) to facilitate annual executive and Board strategy sessions

Collaborate with teams and subject matter experts across the company to understand asset development plans, strategic challenges and opportunities

Help evaluate alternatives that inform recommended strategic actions and corporate priorities

Innovative use of data and processes to improve risk management strategies and the customer experience. – 15%

Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving, time-management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Communicate concise and actionable business strategies from vast amounts of data for Sr. Management. – 30%

Minimum 5 years of coding experience using SAS, SQL, R, Python or similar data-mining and analytics applications.

Minimum 2 years of experience solving business problems leveraging data and analytics.

You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset);

Experience in data analysis packages, such as: Q, Displayr, Python

Experience in a visualization package that creates self-serve insights for end-users, such as Power BI

Experience applying advanced statistical techniques (regression analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, drivers analysis, etc.) to solve a variety of complex problems.
