It Strategy Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious IT Strategy Senior Business Analyst to be part of an amazing team. You will be part of the IT strategy team, whose responsibilities range from establishing the IT roadmap to selecting and implementing new software. You will be involved in multiple cross-functional projects where your role will be to transform business needs into IT requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Lead functional analysis and implementation of new software
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Prepare detailed test cases based on functional requirements
• Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to select and implement new software products
• Lead the testing of implemented solutions
• Carry out gap analysis between new solutions and those already implemented
• Support all departments to define and refine their needs in terms of distinct IT requirements
• Manage several projects simultaneously, whether large or small, and coordinate progress between all parties involved
• Research potential new solutions to meet business needs

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in an IT/Strategy Business Analyst role
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Technology Management or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, and Database systems
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team
• Previous experience in retail is an asset
• Must be organized, efficient, detail oriented and able to multitask
• Analytical skills enabling independent resolution of complex problems
• Previous experience with IT software implementation is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, in particular through clear communication with business stakeholders, vendors and internal developer communities
• Must be motivated, reliable, and highly disciplined
• Demonstrates strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to synthetize complex ideas into well-defined requirements
