We are looking for a Director - Business Strategy, to join our Business Strategy team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. In this role, you will have a bird’s eye view of the company and develop ideas on how to grow, be more efficient, and take strategic initiatives from idea to execution. You will drive ideation, research, analytics, and business planning, and own development and execution of programs end to end. As you grow your knowledge about our products, go-to-market strategy, and operations, you will develop ideas on how to leverage our data to come up with strategic initiatives. The Business Strategy team also manages the relationship with our Board of Directors, which will enable you to understand our key priorities and support them accordingly.
You are the ideal candidate if you have deep business experience and have demonstrated key leadership skills. You are a strategic thinker who is data driven, organized, and disciplined. You enjoy solving problems, can operate independently while collaborating across teams, and are driven to achieve results.
What you’ll do:

• Develop business cases to gain approval and funding to implement ideas
• Drive brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders across the company
• Incubate programs through success milestones
• Generate ideas continuously for growth and innovation
• Build programs to advance implementation
• Evaluate gaps in the company and come up with ideas to address them

What you’ll bring:

• MBA preferred with previous business consulting experience
• High self-motivation and the ability to operate independently, problem solve, and make decisions
• Ability to build trust and relationships
• Comfortable working and debating with CXOs
• A minimum of 12 years of business experience with key leadership roles in various functions
• Understanding of organization dynamics and the ability to facilitate leaders to common recommendations
• Great communication skills with executive presence
• Adaptable and agile with the ability to improvise if you encounter roadblocks

What success looks like:
After six months, you will…

• Develop an idea to execute and drive small projects with successful milestones
• Understand company data and capabilities
• Build trusted relationships with the executive staff

After About a Year, You Will…

• Be a trusted partner to the chief of staff and the executive staff
• Drive large, cross-functional programs and work with executive sponsors independently to execute
