Job Description
The SAW - Production Unit Leader (Contract), will lead and direct production team members in all aspects of activities at the Brampton Assembly Plant.
Responsibilities will include managing the investigation and establishment of root cause of problems and implementing corrective measures; initiating and managing projects to improve quality and throughput; and meeting all safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environmental requirements and targets.

Basic Qualifications
  • Willingness to work any shift and additional weekend hours as required
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Assembly Plant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
Annual
