Previous experience understanding a Collective Agreement

Experience with RS Logic, PLC-5, Control Logics, Allen Bradley Drive Systems, Fanuc, machine installation, robotic automation and application

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Slab Saw Cutter or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to concrete cutting operations.

Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining concrete cutting equipment, including walk-behind saws, hand-held saws, and related tools.

Saw filing knowledge, experience and/or qualifications.

Experience and knowledge in the timber processing industry.

Co-ordination of orders received with production requirements.

Production output to meet targeted requirements.

Good written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Experience in managing staff and production.

Experienced with problem solving tools

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Supporting Corporate Quality objectives/deliverables and communicate customer demands to all groups involved to ensure organizational success

Providing expert technical leadership in coordinating and directing cross functional teams in the application of quality initiatives

Collaborating and leading internal and external resources to maintain strong customer relationships with dedication to the program schedule

Protecting product design intent and function while assisting with identification and solutions of manufacturing constraints
