Job Description
Roechling Industrial is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Production Operator in our UHMW/HDPE Department. This position is responsible for set up and operation of various machines and processes in a plastic manufacturing environment.

  • Responsible for set up
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of various machines/equipment (extrusion lines, mill/planer, saws, slitting operations, ovens, mixers, grinders, shredders, CNC, HMI)
  • Trouble shooting


How to convince us


  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous manufacturing experience would be considered an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift experience and certification would be an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs


Shifts


  • 12 hr continental shifts, rotation from days/nights, every 4 weeks, hours are 7 - 7
  • 84 hrs biweekly
  • Permanent, Full Time Position
  • With opportunity for OT
  • Averaging agreements in place
