Permanent Full-Time - Production Associate - South Division - Plant 1


  • NEW RATE** Starting at $21.75 + Premiums


Location: Tillsonburg, ON


Shifts Available: Mon-Thurs 1st shift 6:00am-4:00p 2nd shift 4:00pm-2:00am & Fri-Sun 3rd shift 6:00am-6:00pm

Responsibilities


Your Role and Responsibilities


  • All other relevant duties
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Product quality parts within specifications as per the quality check sheets
  • 5S and Kaizen activities as required
  • Report production issues and down time to Team Leader and suggest corrective action and/or improvement solutions
  • Load parts into containers according to packaging MOS
  • Maintain accurate production records at all times
  • Produce parts at established production rates in a safe manner that meet production requirements, shift quota, and hourly cycle counts

  • Ability to do repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Open to learning new skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
