Years of Experience: 5+ years in increasingly complex management positions with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry.

Work with Sales Team to provide input into quoting and new business development activities (pricing, program management, plant capacity, etc.)

Bachelor's degree required (Management, Business, or Engineering); Master’s Degree in Business Management preferred (MBA)

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes of the automotive industry.

Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvements.

University degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering), or Business Management or College Diploma with 5-10 years manufacturing management experience preferred.
