Develop and implement employee mentor plans and work alongside your team to enhance their capabilities through effective performance management, and,

3+ years of progressive production and people management experience,

Monitor and support the facilities in implementing the recommendations and closing the gaps identified in the quarterly performance benchmarking reports.

Issue by-monthly SRU & SWS technical best practices bulletin for sharing within Global Manufacturing facilities.

Participate in SRU & SWS hazard operability (HAZOP) and safety integrity level (SIL) studies as required by operating facilities.

Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or related specialization. An advanced degree is preferred.

Exposure to different SRU/TGTU process licensor technologies is a plus.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Willingness to work any shift and additional weekend hours as required

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Recent experience providing supportive counselling to individuals preferable in a withdrawal management setting

Experience with documentation and record management

Good interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and crisis management skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to effectively achieve results

Strong written and oral communication skills

Valid First Aid and CPR certification;

Highly developed organization and time management skills.

Insurance Licensing or Industry Certification Requirements as required.

At least 10 years of progressive, successful production experience and support; majority must be within an agency, brokerage or consulting firm.

Strong listening, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Public speaking and presentation experience.

Drive the vision, strategy and brand for HUB's Canadian Healthcare Specialty practice, as defined by the North American Health Care Practice.

Bachelor Degree (Business Management, Food Science) or equivalent education/experience in food industry;

5 years experience in manufacturing management/supervision is preferred;

Manage and coordinate activities with supervisors and/or employees in production to maintain plant efficiencies and standards;

Responsible for unit compliance in all safety standards and quality regulations, policies, training requirements;

Knowledge of GFSI / BRC, SQF, GMP and other food safety standard including HACCP or similar food industry regulations;

Experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Six Sigma, etc.);

10+ years of prior experience managing large teams

Financial experience to develop business plans and analyze and interpret business results.

Develop and improve national strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention in the Financial Institutions sector.

Serve as the primary representative of our firm for the Financial Institutions segment with insurance markets, media and government regulators.

Proven track record of establishing an inspiring vision for a National Financial Institutions segment, leading to organizational changes.
