Sap Business Systems Analyst (Fico)

Summary

The SAP Business System Analyst FICO is a 12-month Fixed-Term role (Remote/Hybrid) with potential for future permanent employment. In this role, you will be responsible for sustaining, expanding, and innovating STEMCELL’s ERP Platform. To be successful, you will sustain and expand the capabilities provided by our SAP S/4HANA system by delivering high-quality and creative solutions to satisfy STEMCELL’s business requirements and possible system defects. You will aspire to stay up to date with the latest technology trends and innovations in the field of Enterprise Systems and drive the innovation while ensuring the system and process integrity throughout STEMCELL’s ERP landscape.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain useful documentation, both for technical audiences and for business groups
• Continuously explore, learn and actively recommend the latest innovations in SAP Portfolio of products as well as other related products and technologies in the field of Enterprise Systems
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and maintenance of global IT standards and practices
• Provide daily production support for our SAP S/4HANA system
• Promote and maintain security practices throughout STEMCELL’s ERP landscape (S/4HANA Security) to safeguard the company, employees and the system
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and business process modeling
• Case by case to provide individual training to business user on SAP system
• Provide daily production support for our SAP S/4HANA system
• Design, customize, configure, and unit, integration, and regression test robust Functional Solutions

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Exposure to good security practices and SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Security model
• 3-6+ years of experience working with (or knowledge of) sustaining the SAP S/4HANA system
• 3-6+ years of SAP ERP FI CO Functional Design and Configuration experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in a technology-related discipline, or a mix of industry certifications & strong experience
• BPC and/or SAC experience would be a plus
