We have an excellent 2 years contract opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst in Toronto.

•Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst

•Must have had 2 full SAP Supply Chain related end-to-end implementations

• Experience in identifying test data requirements and UAT Testing

HYBRID- 3 days Onsite 2 days remote per week

• Strong SAP FICO Functional Consultant (ESS/MSS, Payroll Tax, etc).

• Business Analysis, Application Support and Client interaction

• Analyst will monitor AMS partner to ensure SLA’s met on Incidents and Defects

Works with organizations at all levels to maintain the corporate management information system for policy decision making.

Experience with SAP/Finance Modules is desirable.

Maintains communication with IT Liaison representatives in other departments for knowledge sharing.

Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA) preferred.

12 years of related experience.

Business system analyst skills, including information analysis and process improvement.

Experience in the MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules in SAP, preferably with ECC 6.0.

SAP FICO Consultant (Mining Industry Experience)

Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO implementation.

- MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting) are preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, cost accounting methodologies, taxation regulations specific to the mining sector.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in a technology-related discipline, or a mix of industry certifications & strong experience

3-6+ years of experience working with (or knowledge of) sustaining the SAP S/4HANA system

3-6+ years of SAP ERP FI CO Functional Design and Configuration experience

BPC and/or SAC experience would be a plus

Provide daily production support for our SAP S/4HANA system

Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and business process modeling

Research and acquire Key Vendor forms such as VAT, W-9, TIN, checks.

Resolve Vendor related issues and queries, perform Vendor audits, and ensure compliance.

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

Experience with other SAP Finance/Logistics modules such as AP and AR is important.

Knowledge/experience configuring and supporting SAP Fiori applications is desirable.

Knowledge / Experience for S/4 HANA would be strong Asset.

Review and document integration financial requirements

4+ years experience in a Financial Analyst role

Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting

As part of an integration program of a new acquired business, you will perform the analysis new account setup in SAP

Map and update new Journal entries

Create new GL accounts, map products, setup provincial taxes

SAP FI analyst experience for minimum 5 years

•Must have robust functional knowledge of system integration with third party applications/add-on applications.

Hands on experience in S4 conversion project is a plus.

Role:SAP FICO - Business Analyst

•Should be comfortable with utilization of Waterfall as well as Agile methodology for deliverables assigned.

Demonstrated business systems analysis experience for SAP S4 Hana Materials Management (MM) Module as well as SAP Ariba is preferred.

Document current business processes for Supply Chain Management for mapping to the SAP S4 Hana - Materials Management solution

Manage changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints

7+ y ears of experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards

- Strong SAP FICO experience with previous end-to-end projects experience

- Experience working with FI modules including AP, AR and GL

- Experience working with CO modules like Product Costing

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a must, and ECC experience is also desired

- Strong communication and presntation skills and able to run meetings when required

- A solid understanding of Fiori as it related to SAP Configuration
