Sap Business Analyst Jobs

Ideal Technology Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and Procurement, combined with chain expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic and operational procurement, digitization programs, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Maintain the Vendors data and Setup new Vendors in SAP, modify existing Vendor profiles.

Research and acquire Key Vendor forms such as VAT, W-9, TIN, checks.

Resolve Vendor related issues and queries, perform Vendor audits, and ensure compliance.

Manage activation and deactivation of suppliers in the database, set up different payment types in SAP.

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

Process PO and Non-PO invoices and clear workflow exceptions.

Manage multiple shared email boxes, ServiceNow requests, and prioritize invoices according to rush potential and payment terms. Understand client attribute assignment data and the flow of information through firm systems (SWIFT, MDG, SAP, etc.)

Achieve targets and defined SLAs within specified timelines, update internal trackers. Onboard new countries to our MDM process and help them work on our new system.

Work closely with the technical team on system testing and issue resolution. Handle client and process-related queries, provide resolution to team queries.

Create and change Purchase Orders, ensure contract compliance. Prepare monthly reports and purchasing issuing reports.

Technical Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management and Procurement, ideally in a corporate environment. Proficient in SAP Master Data Management (MDM), SAP NetWeaver S/4 HANA, and SAP Material Master (MM module).

Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Outlook, and other tools like ITRP, RMS, SFDC & OSTT.

Personal Qualifications:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to deliver results on time, maintaining quality and integrity. Proven ability to manage, coach and develop teams.

Excellent team player with communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in stipulated bandwidth.
