They are looking for one general SAP FICO analyst with focus AR and lead level experience

Work closely with the Super Users and project team to configure and implement the SAP AR and other related modules.

• Experience in identifying test data requirements and UAT Testing

HYBRID- 3 days Onsite 2 days remote per week

• Strong SAP FICO Functional Consultant (ESS/MSS, Payroll Tax, etc).

• Business Analysis, Application Support and Client interaction

• Analyst will monitor AMS partner to ensure SLA’s met on Incidents and Defects

- Provide guidance and recommendations for process improvements within the finance function using SAP FICO capabilities.

SAP FICO Consultant (Mining Industry Experience)

Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO implementation.

- MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting) are preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, cost accounting methodologies, taxation regulations specific to the mining sector.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in a technology-related discipline, or a mix of industry certifications & strong experience

3-6+ years of experience working with (or knowledge of) sustaining the SAP S/4HANA system

3-6+ years of SAP ERP FI CO Functional Design and Configuration experience

BPC and/or SAC experience would be a plus

Provide daily production support for our SAP S/4HANA system

Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and business process modeling

SAP experience supporting General Ledger ,Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 4 full cycle implementation and support knowledge.

Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP and PM.

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.

Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

Role:SAP FICO - Business Analyst

•Should be comfortable with utilization of Waterfall as well as Agile methodology for deliverables assigned.

- Strong SAP FICO experience with previous end-to-end projects experience

- Experience working with FI modules including AP, AR and GL

- Experience working with CO modules like Product Costing

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a must, and ECC experience is also desired

- Strong communication and presntation skills and able to run meetings when required

- A solid understanding of Fiori as it related to SAP Configuration

Location - Canada – Halifax (Remote)

SAP with banks – NACHA files, check formats, and EDI and BAI file formats.

· Should be comfortable with utilization of Waterfall as well as Agile methodology for deliverables assigned.

Experience and proficiency in full SAP implementations, Support Packs, Enhancement Packs and Functionality Enhancement.

Must have SAP support projects, upgrade, and enhancement pack update experience.

Work experience in multiple SAP landscape, with Projects and ongoing production support systems, code compare and merge across environments.

Strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical best practices and methodologies.
