We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Business Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team at a leading manufacturing organization. As an ERP Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring efficient operations, and streamlined business processes.
Responsibilities

• Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and data integration activities to ensure accurate and seamless transfer of data between systems.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance to ensure the ERP system meets functional requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to ERP systems, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants, as needed, to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the ERP system.
• Design and implement solutions in the ERP system to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Configure and customize the ERP system, including modules such as finance, supply chain, inventory, production planning, and order management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the ERP system.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with database security principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, or MySQL.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, SQL certifications) are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, including supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL database concepts and experience with querying and manipulating data using SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of database design principles and data modeling concepts.
