Job Description

SAP Development Lead Consultant


On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a an SAP Development Lead for a Hybrid role with one day in office per week in Burnaby, BC


SAP Development Lead Job Duties:


As a Senior SAP Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and delivery of solutions within our organization. You will lead a team of 20-30 developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP projects.


SAP Development Lead Mandatory Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Senior SAP Development Lead, with at least 5 years of development leadership in large SAP organization.. Extensive experience working with DevOps and agile methodology.
  • Must have leadership experience in the latest generation of SAP systems and technologies including:
  • Superior resource management skills with proven ability to drive high performance from a largely remote workforce.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – Ability to create customized analytics applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • SAP BTP – Ability to build scalable and cloud-native solutions.
  • SAP S/4HANA – Experience with S/4HANA development, including working with the new data model (CDS) and Fiori.
