SAP Reporting experience: You have 7+ years of experience across SAP BW, SAC, and Datasphere / Data Warehouse Cloud.

Relationship-builder: You have 5+ years of experience in a highly collaborative role, owning and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.

Own the customer relationship and translate business needs into built systems.

Build, design, and maintain data models, data pipelines, and data security & privacy policies.

Highly organized: You think in systems and process, create structure in ambiguity, and relentlessly pursue what drives the business forward.

Full-time role, contract 1-year with up to 3 extensions of 1 year each

Superior resource management skills with proven ability to drive high performance from a largely remote workforce.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Must have leadership experience in the latest generation of SAP systems and technologies including:

SAP S/4HANA – Experience with S/4HANA development, including working with the new data model (CDS) and Fiori.

SAP Development Lead Job Duties:

New Enhancements review functional requirements

Determine when it is appropriate to escalate and use judgement and experience and to determine the most effective course of action

Support Landscape & development activities.

Provide effort estimates for New & Proposed Enhancements as well as Continuous Improvement (Performance) initiatives

Provide design guide lines to new BODS resource

After Design perform Detail code review along with release notes

Effective resource analysis, planning, and management skills.

Aid Senior Management in operational planning, employee program development (e.g., awards, incentives, sales plans), and resource planning.

Manage SLS reporting and oversee the program's overall management.

Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems.

Combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience, or equivalent.

Strong background in service quality management with notable achievements.

You have experience in SAP finance related modules is a plus

Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Warehouse technical experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, support

Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP

Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs

Ensure that the integration architecture is aligned with business, technologies and data requirement strategies ;

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of relevant experience;

Experience working SAP S/4 Hana;

Experience in SAP solution documentation and the activate methodology;

Strong analytical/issue resolution skills and ability to follow procedures.
